A True Story From the Paranormal Rescue Client Case Files of Tarot Cards, Murder, and a Chilling Intuitive Psychic Prediction
Sunday, July 20th 2025, Tarot Master Helen Renée Wuorio, a co-founder of the Paranormal Rescue organisation, was offering her famous psychically intuitive tarot readings to visitors at the prestigious Moonlight and Magic holistic fayre at Venue Cymru in Llandudno, North Wales. American, Helen is an internationally sought-after Tarot Master who now lives in the UK, and the title Tarot Master is reserved for those who are not merely expert readers but have also designed and published more than one set of tarot cards. Even though she has been proven uncannily accurate on many occasions, Helen doesn't claim to be a psychic, but rather an intuitive with psychic abilities.
Because of Helen's uncanny accuracy in her tarot readings and psychic predictions, she always has a full client list at holistic events, with every time slot filled and a waiting list in case of last-minute emergency cancellations. Therefore, it wasn't unusual for a lady to approach Helen, asking for a reading during a client changeover period.
The First Emergency Tarot Reading
However, what was unusual was that the lady, teaching assistant Angela Shellis, seemed completely distraught and practically begged Helen to find a time slot for an emergency tarot card guidance reading. Angela Shellis told Helen that she had been specially recommended by another one of Helen's clients and, with tears filling her eyes, asked Helen to somehow fit in a special tarot reading about her, which she did.
Helen found the reading for Angela particularly disturbing because the tarot cards, together with her psychic perception, indicated serious problems with Angela's son, and these issues were likely to worsen if she didn't take pre-emptive action and immediately distance herself from her adult son. With the reading over and with tears filling her eyes, Angela told Helen that the tarot reading and her psychic predictions were uncannily accurate, and in her heart, she already knew what Helen had just told her. The two then hugged and parted.
The Second Emergency Tarot Reading
On Saturday, August 30th, Helen was performing another of her regular guest tarot card reading events at the Janufire holistic centre in Llandudno when she received a call from Angela Shellis apologising for the last-minute intrusion and requesting another emergency tarot card reading. This time, Angela sounded even worse than before, and naturally, Helen created an extra-long timeslot for a detailed tarot card guidance reading.
Amazingly, the tarot cards drawn for Angela were the same as before, but additional clarity cards drawn revealed something even more disturbing than last time: that the conflict she was going through with her son was intensifying. Once again, Helen strongly urged Angela to immediately back away from any conflict with her son, Tristan, and to literally cut her son loose. Helen says the tarot cards were clear in that Angela and her son, Tristan, were on a collision course and distancing herself from him would definitely be in her best interest, and for her son too. Angela listened intently to Helen's reading and, afterwards, admitted that she not only knew Helen was correct, but she was also becoming increasingly fearful of her son, who was becoming increasingly physically unpredictable.
With the reading finally over, Angela broke down with tears streaming down her cheeks. Helen and Angela hugged, and after regaining her composure, Angela left. Throughout September, Helen was back in the USA on a 9-State 3,700-mile tour, performing tarot readings for clients and at special events for the Paranormal Rescue organisation.
A Feeling of Impending Doom
Helen returned from the USA at the end of the first week of October and remembers progressively developing an intensely uneasy feeling about Angela and the situation with her son, Tristan. Despite the intense unease, as always, Helen respected professional boundaries and refrained from contacting her.
Heartbreakingly, just a few weeks later, on October 23rd, Angela Shellis was brutally murdered by her son, Tristan...
When questioned by the police, Angela's son, Tristan Thomas Roberts, age 18, admitted to misogynistically hating women. Astonishingly, Tristan even recorded himself on the evening of October 23rd 2025, saying, 'This is Tristan Roberts.' 'Tonight I'm going to be Alex (roleplay), and I'm going to murder my mother with a sledgehammer.' [SIC] The recording was deemed far too harrowing to be played in court at the trial, as it captures Angela Shellis pleading with her son to call 999 for help to save her life.
Absolutely Horrific...
Angela was kept prisoner in her bedroom, and a four-hour recording of the horrific torture started around 11 pm and revealed the initial assault on his mother in her bedroom, where he struck her on the head with a hammer and then strangled her before manipulatively deceiving her to leave the house, claiming she could get her injuries treated. Instead, he deceived her into taking a 'shortcut' through a nature reserve, where he pulled out a sledgehammer from his rucksack and started repeatedly bludgeoning his screaming mother until she was dead. Tristan then callously dumped his mother’s body beside a footpath near a nature reserve in Prestatyn, North Wales, where she was discovered by early morning dog walkers the following day, October 24th 2025.
This entire situation has left the key question hanging in mid-air: Did Helen and the tarot cards predict Angela's brutal murder? It certainly seems that they did…
