For this reason, we don’t respond to vague messages, such as “Contact me,” “I have a problem/picture/video,” or those that contain only a phone number.

The best way to receive a response is to send a detailed, well-written, and respectful message.

We always prioritise emergencies, and due to the high volume of general enquiries, we’re unable to respond to every message and request.

We hope to introduce a 24/7 emergency answering service in the future; however, for now, if you need help with extraordinary, mysterious, or malevolent anomalous activity, please send a detailed message. We monitor messages regularly.​
